Copywriting

The message. The relationship. They are intertwined. At least they should be.

The right message helps you create stronger connections with your customers. And that’s what it’s all about.

Your customers are looking for someone to trust, especially with all those questionable hawkers online.

At Cat’s Eye, we show you how to stand out from them. How to communicate with a website and social media profiles in ways that build credibility, customer loyalty and more sales.

You have a passion for what you do. Your eyes light up when you talk about it. But can your prospects and clients feel that when they are reading your website copy?

Does your Twitter or Facebook profile make people want to follow you, friend you?

Do you have a hard time explaining what it is you actually do? Or what’s the best benefit of hiring you and not one of those other businesses on Google?

At Cat’s Eye, we give service-based solopreneurs, creative professionals and small biz owners a unique online identity with customized, lead-generating copy for:

  • Websites and landing pages with clear calls to action
  • Engaging social media bios
  • Intriguing “About Us” pages
  • Marketing advice along the way—at no extra charge

How does it all work?

Here’s what usually happens:

• Step 1

You fill out the form below. (Or call me. Calling is good, too.)

• Step 2

I talk to you about what exactly you need. (If you don’t know, I can probably help you figure it out.)

• Step 3

I advise on whether I can help you or you might need someone else instead. (And that’s totally cool if you don’t need me or your project isn’t a good fit with what I do.)

• Step 4

If we decide I’m able to help you, I ask you a few more questions that help me get to the heart of what you really need.

• Step 5

I create a no-obligation project bid, with goals, desired outcomes, scope of work, deliverables and firm cost quote. I bid on a flat fee, so you always know up front and there are no surprises.

• Step 6

If you approve, I send you a more detailed questionnaire to gather all the information I need. Then, together, we set firm deadlines for rough draft, your feedback, final draft and the finished product. Throughout the process, I ask questions and do a lot of listening because, frankly, you know best what you do and where you want to be headed.
